Trains General Credit Cards. We are currently not accepting credit cards. PayPal - We can take PayPal but will have to add 4% to the total order. All prices are CASH prices. E-Mail - It is fast and cheap to contact us by E-mail to establish availability, prices and how you want to pay for your items. Emails are checked throughout the day when we're here. Click on the button on the home page. BE AWARE THAT SOME CARRIERS (AOL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO, Etc.) will send Emails to your JUNK or SPAM box. Please check to see if our Email went there. Telephone - We are available most of the time to receive phone calls. Tis better to E-Mail us as you must have E-mail since you are reading this really boring stuff. Snail Mail - Slooooow but we will answer. (See Home Page for Address.) Payment Info PayPal - We accept PayPal. We do not accept any other form of online payment. Please indicate on the PayPal checkout form if you want insurance. Other Methods of Payment - Payment may be made by Postal Money Order and we will ship immediately. All other forms of payment will be held 7 business days to clear. Please don't send cash, your wife or husband, (Ex's included), sweethearts, children, pets, co-workers, farm animals or machinery in trade. We just might talk real estate (above water) or sports cars. Sales Tax - Only added for Tennessee residents, currently 9.50%. (Greedy politicians.) Shipping - We ship by US Post Office ONLY. This is because we are 40 miles from the nearest UPS store and we would have to charge you for the gas. You are responsible for paying for insurance, if desired, on all orders. We will advise you of the shipping costs to your location. Overseas orders (including Canada) will be charged shipping costs plus $6.00 US for the trip for custom forms and must pay using PayPal. We put actual values on customs forms. Returns and Refunds - Since we are closing shop and most of our items are from my collection there is a NO Return/NO Refund policy. We will try to make you a happy camper. All items are graded as if we were the buyer. Layaway - Layaway is no longer available. |
